You can install Blackberry Desktop Manager and use Application Loader.

Dude, download the files from Blackberry , the dev site has it so you can create your own installer just like theirs for say facebook,gtalk etc..long as you have somewhere that will host the files it's all good, even a free host would work..hit up the developer section on bb.com, to download the web application loader, aside from that if you put the .jad/.jar files on the memory card, you can "explore" to the files by going to media section on your BB and browse to the files, when you see the files you can install them off of the memory card, just click the download button (it won't download anything, it already has the files) and it will install....but that method will only work if you have a memory card capable device of course.

Hi there! I am trying to figure how to get my applications OFF of my sd card and onto my phone. I have a bold 9700 and I just downloaded the latest OS but I had a problem during the download so my apps are all on the card now so I can explore and see them but I cannot download them. There is no option for that. The only option it gives me is to download them via bluetooth but the one I have does is not data capable. UGH! So I am frustrated and not as smart as everyone on here but very determined to figure this out If you can help that would be great. I have already re-installed all of them because my crackberry life must go on but I always like to know what went wrong!
