I am attempting as a noob, to develop an app that will turn on the LED flash, without starting the video camera. Has anyone tried this, can it be done, or am I just...you know the rest?

jus to let everyone know i was trying to figure this one out my self and everyone is talking about this program
you dont want to go there there is an easy way
if u have a pearl 8120 (or any with video camera) and the latest updates(very useful) you just go in the video options and select video light and set it to on and guess what bob ur uncle u now have a flash light
