I have some basic working knowledge with computer programing in various languages, not anything extensive, but i was wondering, for a file like instagram, is it possible to open the app, and adjust the code dealing with resolution, and then convert to bar and make it fit on q10?

Not sure if it's that easy but i just think of like a html file, open it in notepad, adjust, save again as html and open it with browser to view the changes. Does it work like that with apk files? I mean, i know it's not done in notepad, but is it possible to open an apk file like that, adjust the resolution and then package it again then convert to bar for q10?
