As an interim solution, we want to distrbute our emergency contact list as an excel file by email. Once we open the file (Open Attachment), the BB recognizes the phone numbers as live links. However, we cannot get PINs to be recognized. Can anyone suggest a method to have the BB recognize PINs when opening an attached Excel file (email).
We do not use a third-party viwing app and only require this solution until we implement a true 3rd-party contact list distrbution solution.
