The problem is, and no offense if this isn't the case here, ideas are way easier than making apps (hence, the number of threads with people asking for someone to assist them with their idea). I've build a couple apps in partnership with someone who had an idea (thankfully, all of them free apps that I was willing to make because I liked the idea and thought it would be fun to make), but let me tell you, the idea man really only does, tops, 1/10 of the work (and usually quite a bit less).
That being said, if you want to discuss your idea with me, or KermEd, or several other devs either of us can refer you to, pretty much anyone here on CB can attest that we'll be fair with you and won't just steal your idea.

PS - is that a dell optiplex? I think I have the same desktop as you lol (mine is a HTPC tho).

Basic apps are not difficult to make. But making a good or even a great app - now that's a different ball game altogether. And it certainly DOES require good programming skills. While you could spend days, weeks and even months laboring on a project of yours, it could also be that you have a great idea, are great at forming ideas, but lack when it comes to programming skills. And that is where mobile app development companies come in. They can help you create your dream app and can tweak and revise it until you are happy with the final product.
