    Question how to realize the talking tom like sound effect in the BlackBerry phone?

    Hi everyone,
    good day!
    My question is that how to realize the talking tom like sound effect in the BlackBerry phone.
    it seems there is no speed up sound playing api in the j2me api.
    we noticed there is an app in app world named " Polly the Parrot - Talking Pet " can record the voice then make it outputed with another tune sound.

    how to do this?
