I am not a developer. I am here to ask for help.

I just wanted to have Wubi (a fast Chinese input method) installed on my Q10 very badly. On legacy BB devices we can restore a file/list of Autotext entries which contains Wubi input method codes (consisting of several thousands of entries) to effectively get Wubi input method. Is it possible to do the same on BB Q10?

    1. Where is the use-defined entries saved?
    2. How do you access/edit the file?

I don't know that this is possible on BB10.

    Agreed.

I believe the file is system/root owned.

You might be able to access this through NDK but I doubt it (could damage an OS by making it very difficult to fix later if something goes wrong)

Best bet is just build a separate app for it and work it in...
