hei guys i want to develop blackberry app that has a funny voice like donald duck etc because im inspire from battery watch whic is blackberry app that has funny voice like sticth and clinton and i want to ask you a question

1.how to create a funny voices like battery watch? and how to put our funny voices to blackberry app
2.what software that produce a funny voices like clinton and sticth etc that battery watch use it to develop their app
3.how to create obama voices just like battery watch develop a funny voice for alert for battery

I dont think you have enough skills to tackle something this big. No offense but I assuem you haven developed before. You will need to have all the sounds (letters/common phonetics) prerecorded or something (as far as a I know). IF not all prerecorded atleast some variation of it and then have the program vary the sounds a bit (see the iSpeech Bush/Obama apps)
I think its better to start smaller....
