Http://developer.blackberry.com should have everything you need as long as you poke around.

I downloaded Sdk Web work and Ripples emulator. Now I need to create a config file. No idea what to do from here but ill do some more digging and will surely figure it out in a week. Lol. Thanks buddy the site was very informative. In fact there were too much information.
