Forgive me friends, but I am the exact opposite of you guys. I am techno-grammerschooler. This is my problem. I downloaded MyDiary to my pda, and it arrived in zip format. I tried to open and install, but my Curve did not recognize the .zip format. So I then downloaded winzip for Blackberry, and alas, it arrived in .zip format, which I thought was crazy. I don't know how to use Desktop Manager to install programs.

So this is my question: How do I install a program that arrives zipped. I am brand new to the Blackberry platform, and would really appreciate some guidance. And thank you for your help.

You can't download and install a .zip file to the BlackBerry. Download it to a pc, and then the file extracted will probably have to be installed to the BlackBerry using Desktop Manager (applicaiton loader!)
