I recently upgraded computers and with it came Windows Vista and all its glory. I previously ran XP and had no issues when it came to syncing my blackberry Pearl 8130 calendar with a plam treo set up. However, since day one with Vista, I have not been able to use the 'Device Switch Wizard' in order ot get my palm calndar data. I downloaded v 4.7 and think I have all the updates...any answers or ideas?

Try going back a version on the dm to 4.6. 4.7 has given a lot of people problems or get rid of vista(most god awful os since ME)

OK...I wiped 4.7 off and installed 4.3 and upgraded to 4.6. Both acted the same way...when the wizard gets to the window asking which software to connect to, both options are grayed out...and thats as good as it gets.
