I have been using a Storm for about nine months. I have been using DM 5 since it was released a few month ago. Out of the blue dialog boxes for Windows installer have appeared on my monitor which say " preparing to install" followed by "insert Roxio Media Manager disk and click ok". These dialog boxes cannot be cancelled, but do not prevent the use of other programs except maybe slowing down my PC somewhat. They are very annoying to say the least.
I have have managed to uninstall and reinstall DM to no avail. This was quite difficult because uninstaller kept detecting another installation performing at the same time. Does anyone know how to fix this very annoying problem?
