Where is BB Desktop Manager??

Hello BB Community,

I am trying to upgrade my OS on my Blackberry, but I cannot find Desktop Manger. Every download for desktop manager ends up being Desktop Software. Did I miss something while I haven't been around for a bit?

I have. The tabs don't actually state that it is the Desktop Manager, and if it does; when downloaded, it ends up being the Desktop Software. I tried dl'ing from RIM, CNet, Crackberry. It all ends up being the desktop software..

Also (updated as of 1:12pm 2012-02-02), I noticed that you can use app loader without DM, but I cannot find that as well. Does it come with Desktop Software? Sorry, I do realize that these are noobish questions. But after about a couple of years of not really touching upgrades with BB, I forgot most of the tips and guidelines for it. Any help is much appreciated!
