It could be a server issue. Just try again later.

Allen, try clearing your browser cache on your laptop to see if that may help

Ok can't get it to work yet but I did manage to get the simple update on the blackberry site, it's showing the 5.0.328 is the latest for my Storm 9530. THAT IS FALSE because the latest offical one that I'm trying to get is 5.0.724...

How do I get this update?

It's probably not official from your carrier. You'll have to download it from Crackberry, install it and then put it on your BlackBerry.

    Good luck.

This means too much time has elapsed during the download, causing the supervisor software to determined an error condition exists.

The most likley explanation, the source servers are heavly loaded and are shedding some process to stay alive.

The advise to "Try again later" is good. Once the load drops back to normal, it will be able to complete the download.
