I have never used Device Switch wizard and want to try it, moving whatever it will from my old 8220 to new 8900

However I have some themes from crackberry on the 8220 that wont work on the 8900 and am wondering as I go to transfer, will there be a place or option to leave out specific items, like themes, etc?

Before I run this wizard, just want to find out if you can select what to move or not move, before it does its thing.

Dont want to screw up the new phone so am looking for someone who has used it...

You do have some control running the device switch wizard. Just do it!
If you don't like what you see, you can always cancel it before plugging in your new device.

I guess, just been through heck with getting phones here, and dont want to spend time undoing or straightening out issues I cause.

Do you know if it copes sim contacts or do the sim contacts need to be moved to the device, first?

went through the wizard, worked alright except the apps it copied give a warning now when I start them in the 8900 that I have to re download. Wish I hadnt copied them over, hate having stuff on the phone that doesnt work

but the wizard worked pretty well.
