I just received an upgraded BB Bold phone, which the Desktop manager Ive been using with my older BB Bold was working with. But it did not recognize or work with this new BB Bold which is combination touch screen and physical querty keyboard. So I downloaded and tried to install the more recent version of BB Desktip manager but every time it starts to load it instantly crashes. I even then uninstalled the original DM that was working, thinking it was conflicting which would be stupid design on BB Part. But still same, not working.
Says Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error or somethign like that. dm managerr has encountered problem needs to close. help!?
