As soon as I finished upgrading to .301 I received a new email notification but no email. I cannot find a missed call, saved message, anything to make it go away.

I had to resend my service books to get my internet to work and I received a second notification that will not go away. Several battery pulls later and still nothing.

Any suggestions?

Have AT&T's PDA support division reset the new messege indicator.

look in email account - LEFT BUTTON - VIEW FOLDERS to see if an unopened email is sitting in one of the folders.

I switched themes and the emails from RIM showed up in my email folder. I switched back and they disappeared again.
