Hubby and I have company-issued BBs. I have loaded the Desktop Manager on company-issued laptop, version 4.2.2.12. I would like to use Roxio to move music and ringtones to his BB. He has his password protected, I can connect, enter the password, but Roxio does not recognize his BB. Any ideas? I just want to manage the media files, not sync mail.
