I'm currently scratching my head trying to figure this out. I had done a backup of one of my 9810's using desktop manager. Unfortunately, I can't use that phone anymore and need to load the contacts from that backup onto my trusty old 9700. The bummer is that the desktop manager won't let me restore the contacts to the phone (it'll do everything else such as mails, etc, but the contacts, address book is greyed out). Any idea as to how to get the contacts onto the phone? A free app would be appreciated. fyi, both mac and pc are available and the backup was done in .ipd format. Thanks guys!
