On my phone calender I have numerous contacts that I have added their anniversaries. This automatically adds a reminder in the calender on their anniversary date. If I synch more than once with Microsoft outlook on my desktop I always end up getting "duplicate" events on Outlook and on my calender in my phone. Its the exact same event just a duplicate. Why does this happen? Its really annoying. HELP!!!

Make sure you have sync set up for two way sync.

It is. Phone to outlook and outlook to phone is set.
