I've owned past blackberry's like the curve, and recently got my new storm. Im kind of pissed off, because media sync is able to locate the blackberry storm 9530, but when i open the desktop manager, it won't seem to conect to it. it gives me this msg as soon as it opens " Before you begin, verify that your current BlackBerry device is connected to your computer.
I've tried to re-update driver , and it worked, (the whole common files/ usb / ... ) it told me to restart the pc, and i did, but then,..
IT STIL DOESNT WORK
please somebody help me
** im using a xp desktop, if this info helps. im running the the desktop manager 5 as well
