I have an ongoing problem with desk top manager deleting past appointments on my storm 9530.

I am on Telus with 4.7.0.122 and have tried troubleshooting with their techs as well as blackberry support.

I have the handset set at keep appts forever.

Sync with Outlook is also a problem with past appointments also.

Two previous pearls were very reliable.

Any suggestions?
