    I installed both of these versions. Roxios media manager was installed also. When ever I run it on both, it gets stuck and theres a pop up that says RunTime Error. It happens just about everytime. I deleted and re installed both of them 2 times. Anyone else haveing a same problem? Im running Windows XP Service Pack 3.

    I picked up a 8520 a couple of days back...and i faced the same issue running the same desktop OS(xp service pack 3)...any solutions guys...

    I never use Roxio plus DM runs smoother without Roxio Media Manager. Just uninstall DM completely then re install DM without Roxio. It worked for me and I'm still running DM 4.5 without any problems.
