I was attempting to update my device and in the middle it failed. My phone was a brick for a while and through the advice in some other forums, I now have the phone working with a new OS but there is none of my user data on there, of course.
When Desktop Manager started the update process it backed up my information, but never restored it since it failed in the middle. I do not have any other backup made, unfortunately.
My question, therefore, is: Is there any way to access that backup that it made by itself? All I really care about is my phone book, nothing else.
Its gotta be in a file someplace, no? Any and all help greatly appreciated!
It will be in your "My Documents" folder. It will say "Loaderbackup" or something and the date. All you need to do is use DM to do a restore and it will lead you to the right place to find that file.
