hey all!

ok here is my problem.when i connect my bb to the pc it is charging so i know the connection is good but in the manager when i ask it to detect the bb it keeps saying no device found.i tried the auto detect to no avail did i do something wrong on instalation of the manager?also with the roxio it is very slow.

Well the phone charges thru the usb cable so does not mean it is connected to the DM. On the DM check the connection and make sure it says usb.

Are you using the DM from the disk in your box? Try upgrading to DM 4.6 here:

ok got it guys thank you but as i said not computer literate didnt download the right version of the manager had enterprise on lol.all is now working as it should thank you for taking the time to answer me.
