I've already uninstalled this program and reinstalled it but I still have the same problem.

Sometimes when I plug the BB into the computer it wants to re-install the program again. When I reboot the computer it wants to do this again also.

Why? I've already got it installed. Why is this always wanting to do this?

I've got the most recent update of Desktop Manager and Device Manager.
