I bought a used blackberry 9700 locked to rogers. I have been using it and I have locked the sim card with a password, as well as set a password for the phone itself. But I just downloaded blackberry desktop software and it's asking for a password. I have entered both my sim and phone passwords and neither work. What password could this be? Maybe the previous owner set something? Thanks.
it is the phone's password. keep in mind that the password should be in letters not numbers. For example, you might think it is ( 1234 ) but it is actually ( wers ).
