    I see a new icon 'Desktop' appear in my menu , when I click into it, it is exactly the same function as 'Message'. What's that new icon? Now I have 2 icons with same function, why?

    No doubt the phone has been enterprise-activated. This icon will allow you to look at your enterprise email which, if that is the only email account activated on the device, means that what you see when clicking on the Messages icon will be the same.

    Yep. It is the BES account inbox. But it only shows Enterprise Mails, The Messages app. Also shows Registration messages and other stuff You integrate to the messages.
