Can anyone care to post a link for a direct OTA download of the newest Application World for the STORM? I have 5.0 OS loaded and RIM's website keeps telling me my device does not meet the system requirements...

thanks for replying but that's not what I was looking for.

I wanted the actual application files to force the install on my 5.0 OS

Has anyone actually installed and got errors when running on the 5 OS? or is everybody getting stuck on the page that says "... your device does not meet the requirements...."?

and as you all predicted, it gives an error when trying to run it.

but I believe there must be a version of APP WORLD that is compatible with 5.0 OS

I found several sites with this link posted:

http ://content.rim.com.edgesuite.net/content/appworld/5.0.0/net_rim_bb_appworld.jad

but it seams that the file has been removed from there. I would say that at some point it was there, so someone out there has this application running on a 5.0 OS...

I want it also but I'm on 5.0. I don't think its really worth it to go back to 151 just to have app world 1.1..

He posted a .zip of the same file. I'm running the 5.0 OS and installed the new App World with DM and still no luck getting it to work.
