I have a blackberry that I own it connects well........ well now my friend blackberry has crashed(jum error 513) so I was told I need to connect his blackberry up to desktop manager and do a restore. well when I connect it to Desktop Manager then click on PIN i see his pin number but nothing happens when I click on it.


PS: my Pin number auto show up when I connect it to Desktop Manager.

Have you tried a battery pull on the device and a Reboot of the PC?
