    I used the Media Manager on Desktop Manager very often. Then out of no where, my media card was not available as part of my devices. Any idea how to get it back? I'd prefer not to format my media card because I have lots of info on it.

    I also have tried formatting and reinstalling DM 4.6. Still I can't get MM to recognize the card. I have also made sure that Mass Storage Mode is off...

    Try a battery pull... and restart your computer too....

    Did you change out the USB cable lately?

    Battery pull and restart had no luck, i only have one USB cable with the "New Style" USB connection.

    Now the device does show in Media Manager, but not the Media Card.

    Could it have to do with 4.6, should I upgrade to 4.7, I heard theye were issues with that.

    it is the original BB cord. And yes i have a password with my phone because it is hooked up to an enterprise server.

    Ok... try this....

    On your computer:

    Start
    Control panel
    System
    Hardware Tab
    Device manager
    Universal Serial Bus Controllers
    Right Click on Blackberry Smartphone and unistall.....

    then restart your computer
