I just got a blackberry bold 9700 a couple weeks ago and i was able to upload the device manager and use it, today I tried to go into it, and every single time, it will open, but i can't do anything because it comes up and says 'before you begin, verify that your blackberry device is connected to your computer', but that not the problem.
The problem is everytime i go to plug in my Blackberry it closes the device manager and say 'BlackBerry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience'.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program a couple times and nothing is working. Please help, I'm at my wits end with this.
