So I just installed the "new' mac BB desktop manager. I was trying to use it to uninstall Pandora and Facebook from my BB tour, but keep coming across this message, "BB Desktop Manager failed to validate your BB device update - Validation failed because a module marked for add (net_rim_platform_resource_pt) is not available on local disk." Does anyone know what this means? Thanks.
