There's a new Desktop Software in the Beta Zone, and just as in the last few version, the OSBB team has secured a keycode-less installer for those who don't have access to the Beta Zone or access to the Desktop Software 7 program.

I'm installing it from my Blackberry onto my Media Card, its actually doing it quite quickly too!
Shall install it tomorrow.

well, this version now has the correct device images, by that i mean the 9350/60/70, 9380, 9790, 9810 and 9981 images were missing from the latest offical release that came out a few days ago, but are present in this build

I downloaded and installed this on my computer which has Vista 64 bit. So far, it seems to work well, but slowly. It takes a while to connect with my Bold 9700 and a while to search for updates, sync, etc.
I also nothiced this with the last couple of official releases. I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas about what might be causing this lagginess.

Sorry for the site downtime guys. It's back online now. I think the OSBB team members who manage the web servers found a way to stop people from shutting it down too, so hopefully there won't be problems like that in the future.

As I an synchronizing - I get the Error : "an error has occurred during an attempt to access a device database field"

I uninstalled this and reloaded 6 - synchronized no problem - then reloaded 7 and get the same error...... guess I am sticking with 6!

Anyone able to sync with DM7? I've tried it a few times since it was first leaked. The most recent was this version about a week ago. I was able to install and run but when I try to sync it starts but never finishes.
