Installing OS 7.1, What does this mean?

Do you have a BlackBerry plan on your device? Are you in the US, if so then you DO, but I know some other Countries do have folks on BBs without the BB data plan.

Yeah i have a plan, i was on orange with a blackberry plan but I unlocked the device and switched to giffgaff on a blackberry plan. I'm in the UK, does that affect it at all?
