I bought the curve 8520, I like it so far but upon purchase when I installed the DM software 1) it took forever to install and it froze my pc 2)when I finally got the whole thing installed and plugged in my bb it wont recognize it as connected.....

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and this is effing annoying because there are thing I want to add and delete to and from the bb..


so what could it be that I did wrong?

Did you get the latest version ? Try doing that if not. Might help

yes I dl the latest version......the pc and bb dont wanna get along
