any input is apreciated... I'm sure this is covered somewhere else... but sometimes the amount of info here is intimidating



i am attempting to install the manager program for like the 5th time.

in the past i could not get it to sync



now i cant even get the thing to install off of the new disc that came with my new phone


i cant find an old version installed on my computer thats conflicting


this is the error i get

installed wizard completed


the wizard was interrupted before blackberry desktop software could be completely installed

your system has not been modified. to complete installation at another time, please run set up again

click finish to exit wizard

any thoughts.. silver bullet solutions?

Are you trying to install the "Blackberry Desktop Manager"? If so, try it from this link on the Blackberry website.
