I downloaded the newest Desktop Manager and set it up. Now, it won't sync with Outlook. It won't even recognize it. My only options are to sync with an ASCII Importer/Exporter and Yahoo. Outlook isn't even listed. Did I make a mistake by downloading the Yahoo Sync program to sync my calendar into my Yahoo account? Or is the new Desktop Manager incompatible with my older Outlook? How do I fix this? Thanks.

What is your Outlook version? DM43 is not compatible with Outlook 2002, I believe. Where you downloaded it from will state the versions it requires.

It is old. Outlook 2000. If that is the case, am I right in guessing that my options are to upgrade my Outlook or downgrade my Desktop Manager?

If I were you, just go back to DM 4.2, Service Pack 2. I believe it is cool with Outlook 2000, if I recall correctly.

P.S. I just went back to the RIM download site. Had I bothered to read the specs, I would have seen that 4.3 doesn't support Outlook 2000. My mistake.
