Hey,

I have a Z30 and updated to the new OS release (10.3.1). Before the update I linked my Z30 with Blackberry Linked and was able to access files on my MacBook through my Z30 (it was shown as an index in the file manager, I attached a screenshot). This was awesome!



Then, I updated. Unfortunately, this index in the file manager still says "Macbook (offline)" but I cannot access anymore. It just says "cannot view files" or "cannot access Macbook". I really don't know how to solve this problem. Everything is still configured as before: In Blackberry Link I gave the permissions to my Z30, and vice versa, I "allowed connections" to my Macbook on my Z30 (so, its paired).

And even if I want to completely remove this index in the file manager - it simply does not work. I can un-pair as often as I want, "remove my Z30 from Link" etc etc... this index won't disappear either. I somehow assume, that this index is something like a remnant of the old 10.2. BBOS?

Does anyone have a similar issue?
