I updated my Bold 2 to the 6.448 , it was all fine untill it came to the 3rd stage " Reboot : Connecting to the device , Might take 30 minutes " I waited for 2 hours and it is still the same so i checked my bb . it was on and it was fine but theres no " charging indicator " on the batter bar , on my computer there was no "Blackberry" and desktop manager shows " disconnected " So i pull it off and tried to put it back now my desktop manager cant detect it . Also when i turn the phone off the led stars to blink . And " charge " sign on the battery bar is also blinking

I had exactly the same problem. My BB work but I cant restore contacts etc... to it and BDM wont connect to it.

Any ideas guys? I tried the 101 for nuked BB buy app loader wont see it either.

Thoughts?

Have you reboot the computer and tried again?

Yes tried all the usual stuff.

However it seems a night of shutdown and sleep for me has solved the problem as I turned on this morning and it connected straight away. wierd.
