Help please, each time I tried installating desktop manager, I got this message ''The installation files cannot be validated. Please verify the installer package and try again.'' My laptop is Windows 7. Ultimate, 32bit, and I am trying to install DM 610_b038, I tried DM 7 too, I'm geTting d same error message. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

i have been experiencing the same problem. maybe you should try to install it with your PC connected to the internet so that the validation can be done

Well, before installing right click on the setup file,
go to properties--> compatibility mode
Select the windows vista or windows XP which ever you want.
Now again try to install it, if you face any problem you may take the help for windows vista support anytime.
