Today I updated my desktop manager on my pc at work. After I backed up my phone, I went to the applications section and it said that my OS could be updated. So, I told it to update my OS. This has been going on since 2:30 p.m. and it still is not complete. This is my 4th blackberry and I have NEVER had an OS update take this long. Right now it says "download modules 307 of 430" The number goes up, but VERY slowly. This is the 3rd time I have come back to my office to check on my blackberry tonight. I really just want to unplug it and then try to restore it based on the backup I did earlier today, but I am scared to death I'll get the white screen of death. Can anyone help me so that I can go home with my blackberry tonight and not have to come back in the morning??!?!?!
