The media option in my media manager is shaded out and will not let me select it. the sync option I can click on but not the media one. I can't get to my files on my phone and change them. Any idea as to why I can't get to it? Sorry if this has been posted already, new to the boards.

BlackBerry Desktop Software is available in several packages, including those with Roxio Media Manager. The CD install does not include the Media Manger.
