I cannot get the DM to allow me to set up the sync settings. When I chose Outlook (32bit) i get the error "The operation terminated unexpectedly."

I searched the site and cannot find a solution.

I have a Sprint 8530, DM 6, Win 7, 32 bit Outlook.

Please help!

If you want to be able to sync your Blackberry with Outlook 2010 do the following:

Make sure that you are not using the Click to Run installation of Office. Look for Microsoft Office Click to Run in Programs and Settings. If you have it, you need to uninstall Office and reinstall it using the .msi installation. Follow this link: An overview of Microsoft Office Click-to-Run for Office 2010

According to what else I have read here you must use the 32 bit version of Office.
