I'm having problems setting up my Desktop Manager to my compter. I just bought a new computer and it won't read the disk. I've tried the online download and the cable that came with 9530 to hook up to the compter will not read the device.
I'm not that good with computers so if anybody can help me or give me some tips I would appreciate it.
It may not be your phone problem. Get the DM installed through CD itself which you have got with your BB.
Thanks for the response. I'm going to have to try it again. I actually had it installed and i un-installed it do to my computer starting up really slow. Even then it wouldnt recognize the usb cable.
I have a Dell Studio xps 16 with a solid state drive and I dont understand why it was starting so slow. Thats another issue I had. So I had to un-install the DM.
