everytime i try to install the blackberry desktop manager onto my computer, it says..

"the wizard was interrupted before Blackberry Desktop Software could be completely installed.

your system has not been modified. to complete installation at another time, please run setup again."

has anyone had this problem before ? i cant seem to get around it..and i dont think its installshield because im able to install other programs.

I just had this problem when trying to install Blackberry Desktop Manager v4.3with Vista and Outlook 2007. The solution that worked for me was to remove Blackberry Desktop Manager v4.3 and install v4.2.2. I was then able to properly use Blackberry Desktop Manager on my computer and sync.

I have had a problem getting 4.3 to sync with outlook. Other message boards have said that many have downgraded to 4.2 (service pack 2) untill the bugs get worked out. My advice: remove the installation file and start over with 4.2.2.
