I loaded the DM, updated from Web. I have not synced with the computer yet. However, MS Word became so slow in functionality (opening, closing, saving). Went to MS web sites, have tried everything suggested there (deleted "normal.dot", etc.). Uninstalled DM, but my computer was so slow shutting down also. Found on other forums that Roxio is notorious in not wanting to shut down. Went to the restore point before DM installation, and now everything works perfectly! However, no more DM. Any ideas?
Running XP Home, 2 GB memory, Office 2003. I have a Roxio lite version for DVD burning that came with the computer.
