[Positive Climb]

My BB Desktop Software froze while installing the latest update on my Torch. I had to force quit. I told it to back up my data before it installed, now when I try to restore the data, the backup isn't in the Backup folder.

Is the data (BBM, SMS, email) still on the BB and should I attempt to install the latest software again? When I do should I backup again?

PLEASE help. I don't want to lose everything!
