Desktop Software requires computer reboot
Frequently I have to reboot my computer to get DM to connect to my BB Torch. The Torch is clearly recognized through the USB by the computer, but DM just won't synch until I reboot. I am using Win 7, new computer...should not be a computer issue. Anyone else find this happens a lot?
