Desktop Software for PC - Windows 7 Bluetooth Connection
Hi All,
Here's what I've got hardware wise Software all updated on all below..
BlackBerry 9900
Desktop PC with no Bluetooth built in
USB Bluetooth and Drivers
When installing the Bluetooth USB and it's drivers I don't get any option to allow Bluetooth connections the box is grayed out. In turn i can't sync the phone or do anything. i think this is more of a Windows Driver problem but just wondering if anyone else is having the same trouble and found a fix
Many thanks

I had the same problem. I had to uninstall DM and then reinstall. After it installed back, there were some questions, and one of them went something like "allow bluetooth connections for DM", something along those lines. I checked the yes and cut bluetooth on on my berry and when DM automatically opened, it detected it automatically. Hope that helps.
